4. Pricing & Payment All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other available payment methods listed on our website. Payment must be made in full before the product is shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship within Malaysia and internationally, subject to available shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products. Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take up to 14 business days.
