Pes Asam Pedas (200g)

200g
Flaked Cooked Fish

Vietnamese Coriander

Ginger Flower

450ml
Distilled Water

100ml
Fish Broth

Condiments

How to Cook?

  1. Pour the Willow’s Choice Pes Asam Pedas into the saucepan and heat.
  2. Add 450 ml of water to the cooking paste and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the vietnamese coriander, ginger flower and flaked cooked fish.
  4. Stir well and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes. Then season to taste.
  5. Pour the hot asam laksa broth over the noodles.
  6. Add the condiments according to your preference.
  7. Add shrimp paste sauce (petis) for more flavour.
