Pes Asam Pedas (200g)

180g
Chicken Meat

Assorted Fish Balls

Lettuce

Enoki Mushrooms

Vietnamese Coriander

Ginger Flower

450ml
Distilled Water

How to Cook?

  1. Pour the Willow’s Choice Pes Asam Pedas into the saucepan and heat.
  2. Add 450 ml of water to the cooking paste and bring it to boil.
  3. Add the vietnamese coriander and ginger flower.
  4. Add seasoning and assorted fish balls according to your preference.
  5. Add the lettuce and chicken to the asam pedas broth.
  6. Close the lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cooked oden to a serving bowl.
  8. Add the condiments according to your preference.
