Lontong Masak Lodeh

A creamy and flavorful vegetable stew served with lontong, made simple with Willow’s Choice Pes Lontong for a truly comforting Malaysian favorite.

Ingredients

Willow's Choice
Pes Lontong (90g)

180g
Chicken

40g
Long Bean

40g
Sliced Carrot

70g
Cabbage

100ml
Santan

200ml
Distilled Water

How to Cook?

  1. Pour the Willow’s Choice Pes Lontong into the saucepan and heat.
  2. Add 200 ml of water to the cooking paste and close the lid.
  3. Bring to a boil, then add long beans, sliced carrots, cabbage & chicken.
  4. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Optional: Adjust the seasoning accordingly to suit individual preference.
  6. Add the santan to the mixture, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes
  7. Serve on a plate with nasi impit and eggs.
